Quotes
Any price shown on the order form before you submit is a rough estimate only. The price becomes final once we reply to your request with a written quote by email, and your order is confirmed once you accept that quote.
Payment
We may ask for a deposit before we start printing, with the balance due before delivery or collection. Payment is made through the link included in your quote or order email.
Delivery and collection
Depending on what we agree in your quote, you can collect your order in Gozo, have it delivered across Malta & Gozo, or receive it by post. Any delivery cost is confirmed in your quote before you accept it.
Cancellations and changes
You can cancel or change your order for free by replying to your quote or order email at any time before printing has started. Once printing has started, we may not be able to cancel or change an order, since every piece is made specifically for you.
Returns and faults
Because every item is custom-made to your order, we are not able to offer change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will repair, reprint or refund it at no extra cost.
