Who we are

Għawforma is a small-batch 3D printing studio run by a sole trader based in Gozo, Malta. We are not VAT-registered. If you have any question about your data, the fastest way to reach us is by email or WhatsApp using the details in the footer of this site.

What we collect, and why

• Quote/order form: your name, email, phone number, project details and any file or photo you attach — used only to prepare and fulfil your quote and order.
• Reviews: your name, star rating and comment — published on the site, but only after we approve it and only if you tick the consent box on the review form.
• Newsletter: your email and name — only if you tick the opt-in box on the order form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
• Order tracking: your order is looked up with a private, randomly generated link sent to you by email — not your name or email address — so the tracking page itself does not expose your details in the URL.

What we do not collect

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or any other third-party tracking or advertising script. Our own visit counter stores only the page visited and a rough traffic source (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, direct) — never your IP address or browser identity, and never anything that identifies you personally. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

Cookies

This site uses a single session cookie needed to keep the site working (e.g. remembering your chosen language). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Who else sees your data

We send order, quote and tracking emails ourselves, from our own email account — we do not use a marketing or mailing-list company. Uploaded files and photos are stored privately and are not public. Staff order alerts may use your browser's built-in notification feature on our own devices; this does not involve a third party seeing your data.

How long we keep it, and your rights

We keep order and quote records for as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes. You can ask us at any time, by email, phone, WhatsApp or the form below, to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw any consent you have given (such as a newsletter sign-up or a published review). We will action reasonable requests as quickly as we can.
