We usually reply within a day or two. Small pieces are often ready within a few days of confirming the quote; larger or multi-part jobs take longer. Your quote includes a timing estimate.

PLA is the everyday choice for miniatures and decor. PETG is tougher and copes better with heat, moisture and outdoor use. ABS handles higher temperatures. TPU is flexible, like a phone case or a gasket. Not sure? Choose "Not sure — advise me" and we will recommend one.

The price depends on the weight of material, the print time and any finishing. The quote form shows a rough estimate as soon as you pick a size, and the quote we send you is the final price.

No. If you have an STL, OBJ or STEP file, great — attach it. If not, send a sketch, a photo or a description and we can help model it. Any design work is included in your quote before you commit.

Yes. You can collect in Gozo, have it delivered across Malta & Gozo, or choose postal shipping. Delivery costs, if any, are confirmed in your quote.

Once you accept the quote, we may ask for a deposit to start printing. Deposits and balances are paid through the payment link in your quote email and on your order page.

Yes — just reply to your email or message us. Changes and cancellations are easiest before printing has started.

Open the tracking link from your confirmation email. If you have lost it, use the "Find my order" page and we will email it to you again.
